Director of Product Management

Entegrata is a fast-growing startup transforming how the legal industry leverages data. We deliver Azure-based data lakehouses tailored for law firms, empowering them with actionable insights to make informed decisions.
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to drive our product strategy and execution at the intersection of data, consulting, and client success. This role blends hands-on product leadership with strategic impact, requiring someone who can partner with clients, engineering, and delivery teams to both drive product innovation and build a new consulting feedback function that positions client projects as a growth engine.
Responsibilities
Product Leadership
Own the roadmap for Entegrata’s product suite, including defining how we deliver Power BI at scale.
Define product launch criteria (market research, requirements gathering, PRDs, wireframes, release notes, rollout planning).
Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to manage sprints and ensure timely delivery of features.
Work cross-functionally with delivery and customer success to create a tight feedback loop between client needs and product innovation.
Consulting as a Growth Driver
Build a consulting-to-product feedback loop from the ground up, ensuring client projects directly inform product strategy.
Partner with delivery leads to design consulting engagements that surface market insights and drive client expansion.
Establish repeatable frameworks and processes so consulting becomes a scalable engine for product innovation and revenue growth.
Execution & Delivery
Oversee delivery sprints, ensuring alignment between product vision and execution.
Establish clear release communication processes including documentation and support enablement.
Track and manage product performance, adoption, and ROI metrics.
Commercial Impact
Support sales by linking product development to market opportunities.
Partner on go-to-market strategy and help define pricing and packaging models.
Participate in client engagements to drive adoption and revenue expansion.
Team Leadership
Provide mentorship to product and engineering team members.
Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
7+ years of experience in product management or adjacent roles within legal technology.
Experience working in or with large law firms and familiarity with core legal business systems (e.g., Elite 3E, Aderant, iManage, NetDocuments, Intapp).
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product launches, from concept through adoption.
Technical literacy in Azure data products (Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Purview) and strong grasp of data governance, integration, and analytics.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders across business, technical, and client-facing teams.
