Entegrata is a fast-growing startup transforming how the legal industry leverages data. We deliver Azure-based data lakehouses tailored for law firms, empowering them with actionable insights to make informed decisions.
We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO’s operational counterpart, a business athlete who can run the day-to-day operations of the company, drive execution across functions, and ensure every major initiative is delivered with precision.
You’ll be the connective tissue between the CEO and department heads (Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Sales). You’ll own the operating rhythm, drive cross-functional accountability, and continuously improve the systems that power Entegrata’s growth.
Responsibilities
CEO Right Hand: Build deep trust with Entegrata’s CEO and act as an extension of him. Maintain company momentum when he’s focused externally by ensuring priorities are clear and execution stays on track. Lead the preparation of board decks, investor updates, and key communications. Manage the flow of information, decisions, and follow-ups across the organization.
Strategic Planning: Drive Entegrata’s operating rhythm, own weekly leadership syncs, monthly KPI reviews, quarterly planning sessions, and board prep cycles. Develop dashboards that track company performance across revenue, retention, pipeline, and customer metrics. Translate strategic goals into operating plans with clear owners, timelines, and accountability.
Business Operations: Oversee payroll, benefits, vendor management, invoicing/AP, and HRIS administration. Ensure operational processes are efficient, documented, and scalable. Manage internal systems and ensure data hygiene across the business. Maintain compliance and operational excellence as the company scales.
Financial & Business Modeling: Partner with the CEO to build and maintain Entegrata’s operating and financial model. Lead forecasting, budget tracking, and business performance reviews. Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights that inform executive decisions.
Talent & Recruiting: Manage recruiting pipelines, coordinate interview loops, and ensure new hires are onboarded efficiently. Build repeatable hiring processes that improve time-to-hire and ramp-to-productivity.
Special Projects: Own high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that require urgency and precision, such as new GTM initiatives, building out a key function, or product rollouts. Tackle any and all operational challenges as they arise.
Playbook Development: Define and document repeatable processes across the business. Create the systems and templates that enable Entegrata to scale without losing speed or quality.
Qualifications
5–8 years of professional experience across management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or high-growth SaaS companies
3+ years of experience in BizOps, strategy, or as a Chief of Staff at a venture-backed company
Experience building and managing financial or operating models for a SaaS business
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable diving into metrics and dashboards to drive decisions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to produce concise, board-level materials
Extreme ownership and bias for action, you don’t get blocked easily and thrive in ambiguity
Ability to work cross-functionally across GTM, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering
Interest or experience in legal technology, data infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS is preferred
