The Role

As the Chief of AI Solutions, you’ll spearhead the design and development of AI-powered solutions on Entegrata’s legal data Lakehouse. This hands-on role blends building proprietary AI tools to solve business of law challenges with architecting scalable data interfaces that empower external AI vendors and law firms to leverage our platform for practice of law applications.

You’ll drive transformative solutions—enhancing firm profitability, optimizing legal operations, and enabling seamless data access for legal tech ecosystems—while ensuring our platform remains secure, scalable, and compliant with industry standards.

As demand grows, you’ll also play a key role in recruiting and building a team of AI specialists. However, this will always remain a hands-on role, even as you mentor and guide a team.

Key Responsibilities

Building Proprietary AI for Business of Law

Design and develop AI-driven tools to optimize personnel management, lawyer success, profitability, pricing strategies, firm business operations, cross selling and market analytics.
Deliver out-of-the-box solutions that legal teams can adopt to boost efficiency and profitability.
Create predictive models and decision-support systems tailored to business of law challenges using LLMs, machine learning, and advanced analytics.

Developing Interfaces for Practice of Law AI Vendors & Law Firms

Architect APIs and data-sharing frameworks to integrate Entegrata’s structured legal data with external AI vendors.
Enable seamless data access for applications such as contract analysis, legal research, compliance automation, and litigation analytics.

Scalability, Security & Compliance

Ensure AI solutions and data integrations comply with legal industry standards and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Implement robust security, authentication protocols and access control for external vendors accessing the platform.
Design scalable, multi-tenant systems that support Entegrata’s growth and evolving customer needs.

Customer Advocacy & AI Adoption

Collaborate with law firms and legal tech providers to identify their AI and data needs.
Serve as a trusted advisor, showcasing how Entegrata’s AI tools and integrations address real-world challenges.
Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize customer value and adoption.
Produce thought leadership content, case studies, and best practices to promote Entegrata’s AI capabilities.

What You Bring

AI & Data Engineering Expertise

Experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, Claude, Gemini) into business applications.
Strong understanding of AI deployment, evaluation, and reliability in real-world environments.
Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for AI workflow automation.
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval-based AI techniques (e.g., RAG, vector search).
Experience designing AI-powered document workflows for classification, extraction, and summarization.
Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).

Business Savvy

Knowledge of business of law analytics, pricing strategies, firm operations and profitability models.
- Bonus: Familiarity with practice of law AI vendors (e.g., contract analysis, legal research, case management tools).

Customer Engagement & Thought Leadership

Experience engaging customers to understand needs, drive AI adoption, and ensure product success.
Ability to distill complex AI concepts into actionable, business-focused solutions for legal professionals.
Strong communication skills for creating thought leadership content, webinars, and case studies.
